and more global, we strive to find ways to merge students from across the globe in Taiwan’s universities.？ How can we efficiently and effectively accomplish this task?？ The answer is by using new technologies such as AI -？ specifically chatbots. So what are chatbots?？ Chatbots are automated messaging and information services, such as Facebook messenger or Line, which give students useful information 24 hours a day.
